WCC parents and guardians: If your child receives a Friday food bag each week, you will need to pick it up from Clearwater Baptist Church this Friday. Bags will NOT be at school! They will be heavy boxes and we do not want kids trying to carry them on the bus. Pick up times are 8:00 am-9:30 am and 2:00 pm-4:00 pm. The address is 3032 Hwy 157, Judsonia. A reminder will be sent Thursday afternoon.
The elementary read-a-thon has ended. A big thank you to all who participated! We raised 1,023.75 for our school! As a school we read 9, 968 minutes! Pictures to come!

The WCC Senior High Chess Team earned 2nd place in the 1A-3A STATE Tournament today!!! Our team was the only team to take a win away from the first place team, keeping them at a draw for the round we played them. To say we are proud of these kids in an understatement-they had an awesome, competitive, tough day full of individual wins and losses. They were one of two teams who didn’t lose a round all day. Congratulations!

Story Bears participated in the innaugaral Battle of the Books at the Co-op today. While we did not place, we competed against Searcy and Cabot as one of only three schools to put up teams. I am incredibly proud of us! We learned a lot and are ready to try again next year!
